IN PRACTICE
What the work involves.
Product design helps make the purpose of a screen and the next action clear. We work through the structure and details with the people who know the problem, then test ideas before they become expensive to change.
For example
- 01
A clearer path through a confusing part of an existing product.
- 02
Wireframes and prototypes for a new idea.
- 03
A consistent set of interface patterns for a growing product.
HOW WE'D START
We look at the task people are trying to complete and where the current experience makes them stop or guess.
